Especially in Ubud and Sidemen, where ancient healing traditions are still alive, priests continue their sacred practices, and the people live in alignment with the Divine Source through daily meditation, prayer, yoga, and spiritual rituals.

 Our schedule during the retreat:

1. Ubud, Sidemen, Munduk & surroundings:

• Day 1: Opening Retreat Circle and Blessing ceremony with balinese priest.
  

• Day 2: Morning Yoga Flow, Manifestation Workshop, visiting Monkey Forest and ancient Banyan Tree (meditation).

• Day 3: Morning Yoga Flow, Manifestation Workshop, Water Ceremony, visiting and meditation at a revered Temple.

• Day 4: Morning Yoga Flow, Manifestation Workshop (including 1h shamanic drum for releasing negative emotions), visiting Rice Fields, Fire Ceremony.

• Day 5: Morning Yoga Flow, visit a waterfall in Sidemen (an authentic area of Bali), Cooking class + Sound Healing Ceremony with local priest at Pondok Masa Depan Healing Center.

• Day 6: Qi Gong session,  Manifestation Workshop, Sound healing at Pyramids of CHi;

• Day 7: Morning Yoga Flow, Manifestation Workshop,  closing retreat ceremony, free time for shopping;

• Day 8: Check-out Ubud and Check-in Lembongan

You'll benefit of all the activities and self-development work from first package, but in this program you'll also have your integration time at exotic beaches by following:

• Day 8:  going to Nusa Lembongan, visiting Paradise Beach and Devil's Tear, mangroove forest trip.
• Day 9:   Snorkeling with Manta Ray, beach time/free time.
• Day 10: Movie Night on the beach.
• Day 11:  Check-out.
